Hey Laura, I'm an OT student and I've been thinking about completing my Level I child fieldwork (2 weeks) somewhere international. Currently I live in NY and I have two weeks off at the end of August to complete my fieldwork. I'm on a tight budget but would love to experience OT in an entirely different light. Any thoughts? Thanks! R
Hi Ryann,
Unfortunately, the end of August is a bad time as the LRC is closed in August and re-opening the last week of August. After the summer break, this is a hectic period.

Hello Laura,
My name is Megan Balkenbush. I am currently an Occupational Therapist in Miami, FL working at a pediatric clinic specializing in Autism. I will be coming to Maadi next month (April 9-18th) to visit my Mother who is working at the American University in Cairo. If at all possible, I would love to come to the LRC to and observe your program and speak with you and others about what it is like working abroad, and specifically in Egypt. I am extremely interested in working abroad at some point in my career and it would be an amazing opportunity to meet you and experience your program. Please let me know if this would be a possibility. I have a tight schedule with my travel plans, but I would love to try and stop by.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Megan Balkenbush
